I gained experience as a manager in various positions, HR, Marketing as well as project manager in different business fields. I do have a deep know-how and understanding of organizational
structures and cultures. Leading and motivating people is part of my daily life. Throughout many change projects I was involved in analysing and evaluating people and processes.
